Fines/Parking Tickets
The City of Arcadia Municipal Court accepts cash, checks or money orders (Payable to City of Arcadia) to pay for tickets. Payments can be made in person or mailed to:

Animal Control
All stray dogs found in the City of Arcadia are taken to the Trempealeau County Humane Society located at N27109 US Hwy 53, Blair, Wisconsin. You can contact them at (608) 525-2300. The City does not respond to calls involving stray cats.
We encourage all citizens in Arcadia to be responsible pet owners.
Medication Drop Box
A new Medication Drop box has been located in the City of Arcadia City Hall, at 945 S Dettloff Drive. The drop box was obtained through a grant from CVS Pharmacy. The new unit will help combat drug abuse by providing residents with a safe and environmentally responsible way to dispose of unwanted or expired medication, including controlled substances. Items can be disposed of with no questions asked Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Please DO NOT dispose of the following items in the box:
- Aerosol cans
- Inhalers
- Liquids
- Sharps (needles)
- Thermometers
Emergency Management
Important Emergency Management Notice
The City of Arcadia Emergency Management conducts monthly tests of Arcadia’s Emergency Siren’s. These tests are done to make sure sirens are working properly and to educate the Public on the different tones of the sirens.
On the second Monday of the month at approximately 6:30pm the Arcadia-Glencoe Fire Department will set off the Fire Siren which makes a wavering tone. The second siren will be the Storm siren, which makes a long steady tone. If you hear the Storm Siren in an actual event, please take cover, and protect yourself in the lowest level of your house or shelter.
The tests will not be conducted if there is a chance of severe weather. If you have any questions in regards to these tests, please feel free to call City Hall and express your concerns. (608)-323-3359 ext. 21
